What is Tub liner?
Tub liner is a layer of PE liner with 125-mic thickness. It is a useful but optional flexitank accessory, which functions to minimize cargo wastage or losses in case there are spillages or leakages of the flexitank. It also serves as a supplementary protection to the flexitank, in addition to the corrugated paper lining on the wall.
Reasons to use Tub Liner with your Flexitank
- Contain leakage. Contain leakage or spillage from Flexitank. Contained leakage or spillage can be recovered by pumping it out. It means less wastage or losses.
- Hassle-free. Leakage or spillage is contained within the Tub Liner. Container will be free from liquid stains and there will be no cleaning cost incurred.
- Measure losses. Tub with spillage can be weighed before and after pumping to establish a more accurate measure of the losses.
- Protect Flexitank. It acts as an additional protective layer for the Flexitank in addition to the corrugated paper.
